  • Entitlement rules for claiming UC including the housing cost element

  • Alternative Payment Arrangements, claiming Advance Payments, budgeting advice, direct deduction from benefit; including rent arrears
  • The effect of finding employment in supported housing and moving on into longer term accommodation 
  • Helping to resolve difficulties with claiming UC and HB
